Sirha, the world ';s largest organization which includes the finals of the gastronomic competition and hosts the most prestigious events. Bocuse d';Or, where the world';s best chefs from all around the world compete, made its debut in 1987 by Paul Bocuse,. 24 finalists , 2,400 spectators took place, and for each event five and a half hour trial done. Selection for the grand final which will be held in 2015, in Lyon, France was held in Turkey. ÖRKA involved in Sirha in order to meet the groving needs and expectations of the sector and to introduce ourselves and our products to all top-level chefs in the organization . In Sirha 2013, we received a great deal of attention to our products. All our guests who visited our stand thank you very much.
